How can I book an appointment? 

Our Guests can call or text the salon directly or we have a online booking platform

What should I do if I am running late?

We give our clients a 15 minute grace period before contacting for a No Showed appointment. If you are running late please call the desk and let them know

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy, Unconfirmed or No Showed appointments are subject to be charged 100% of the services that are booked. For same day adjustments please call the salon.

Where can I find your price list?

The website displays general pricing starting points. The online booking  portal will show exact pricing or the front desk can give more detailed pricing.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are always welcome! We do recommend giving a call to check quickest availability depending on the desired location as we  book up quick!

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, color or cut consultations are complimentary and take about 15 minutes. These can be scheduled over the phone or in the online booking portal.

​

Should I wash my hair before a color appointment?

​For maximum results we do recommend coming in with clean dry hair. 

​

What payment methods do you accept?

​We accept all forms of card as well as cash and Venmo. Please note all card charges do carry a 3% fee
